The benefits of massage have been well known to physicians and healers throughout the past 5000 years. Today it’s benefits have been confirmed scientifically and many medical practitioners including Doctors, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors recommend massage as part of a rehabilitation plan. Whether you are recovering from a soft tissue injury, or trying to prevent one from occurring in the first place, we can help.

I know, you probably wanted a longer answer to that one, and there are hundreds of websites out there that will answer that for you, but the answer really is this simple. Massage will loosen tight muscles preventing injury and, massage in conjunction with other therapies that we provide including exercise, stretching, mobilisations, dry needling and taping can improve rehabilitation prospects and timelines.

Game On Sports Massage is now over 7 years old. Our clientele includes AFL & WAFL Footballers, International Cyclists & Tennis Players, State and National level Women’s Cricketers and Athletes from across a wide range of sports.
But we don’t just work with elite athletes. Our clients include dedicated weekend athletes and a large swag of you who just live in the gym.
As fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapists and Sports Trainers we can also assist with assessment of injuries and guide you through the rehabilitation process.
We also specialise in injury rehabilitation and have extensive experience dealing with Workcover and Motor Vehicle Accident Claims.

Remedial Massage

Got an injury or a pain that you can't quite put your finger on? We will work with you to assess & treat your injury with a combination of various therapies including Massage, Stretching, Dry Needling (where appropriate), & Taping (again where appropriate). Remedial = Remedy
Oh and we have HICAPS for Health Insurance!

Sports Massage

Is your body feeling tight after training? Are you needing a loosen up ahead of a competition? Sports Massage is what you need. Many of our clients book in for regular sessions to keep their bodies injury free. We recommend Fortnightly or Monthly sessions if you are training 2 to 4 days a week, and Weekly sessions if you are training for than 4 days a week.
